Phil Bradley
Founder & Managing Director
Phil founded PLP in 1982 and built it on the family values of honesty and openness that still bring clients back today.
Laurie Bradley
Contracts / Construction Director
Phil's son Laurie leads the day-to-day delivery of our contracts. He credits the company's record years to hard work and a dedicated workforce.
Joanne James
Director
Phil's daughter Joanne leads our community, careers and supply-chain work. She was invited to Parliament by the NFB in 2024 to discuss the industry's skills shortage.

Trainee of the Year
Our first-year groundworks apprentice Anthony Meninno was named Trainee of the Year at the Salford City College awards in February 2025.
Graduates, while working
John Farrell (1st, Quantity Surveying) and Jack Green (2:1, Construction Project Management) graduated from the University of Salford in 2021 after studying part-time alongside their roles.
Award-winning delivery
Anthony Brosnan and Mike Mills collected Best Development for Social-Affordable Rent at the 2023 Northern Housing Awards for Dob Brook Close.
