Housing
Affordable rent, supported living, move-on homes and one-off private houses, built for housing associations, councils and families.
Housing is the biggest part of what we do. We've delivered new homes and refurbishments for Irwell Valley Homes, The Guinness Partnership, Jigsaw Homes, Mosscare St Vincent's and Salford Council, among others, from rough sleeper move-on apartments to 30-unit mixed schemes.
Many of these schemes house people who need more than four walls: supported living for adults with learning disabilities, sheltered accommodation and wheelchair-accessible apartments. We plan around residents who are already living on or next to site, and we hand over buildings that housing officers can manage easily from day one.
Innovation Chain North framework
Appointed to Great Places' £750m framework for social housing, modular housing and groundworks, which is available to housing associations across the North.
