This project involved the design and construction of fourteen two bedroom bungalows for The Guinness Partnership housing association, for rent to local tenants.

Our Considerate Constructors Score was 39/50 – Performance Beyond Compliance The Assessor commented, “Sterling efforts with the community particularly St Joseph’s School where a very different approach has been carried out with practical mathematics on site for the children. First class response by Mark and his team to aid the injured child who was involved in an accident close to site. The involvement and support to the community is exceptional and to be commended.”
