AVSL Refurbishment Project

The project

This refurbishment project consisted of the strip back of the existing structure to accommodate a new tenant in the building for use as a warehouse and office space.

Internal alterations included a strip out of the existing two storey offices, the demolition of internal walls and floors in the warehouse space, works to the existing slab and extensive works to the service yard.
